An important note-Since each is up-cycled, the are IMPERFECTLY PERFECT- which means they aren't straight from the manufacturer.

What sizes do the jackets come in?

Our jackets are available in different sizes. Since each is pre-loved, Please refer to the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements and fit guidance.

How should I clean my jacket?

We recommend spot cleaning when possible, and hand washing only. Lay flat to dry to preserve embellishments and rhinestones.

Do you offer custom designs?

It is possible to do a custom piece BUT there are several criteria to do it right. Please email us at upscaled32@gmail.com to discuss.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. See our Returns page for full details. PLEASE pay special attention to the measurements AND if the stones lift, we recommend B-6000(glue) to repair.
